SHIPPING POLICY
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
In case of high order volume or unexpected delays, shipments may be delayed slightly. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you by email.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 4-15 business days
- International: 4-15 business days
Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs processing or carrier issues beyond our control.
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to selected countries.
Your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by your country. House Of Cat is not responsible for these additional charges.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.
Lost or Stolen Packages
House Of Cat is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at contact.houseofcats@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the item’s condition.
We handle these situations on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to provide a satisfactory solution.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
