Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email within 24–48 hours with your tracking number and shipping details.
All our shipments are made via La Poste (Tracked Letter or Colissimo). Shipping fees include both packaging and postage.
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday.
Pacha cannot be held responsible for any delays or postal strikes.
We also recommend ensuring your mailbox is secure and clearly labeled with your full name, as Pacha cannot be held liable in the event of non-delivery for standard shipping methods (Tracked Letter or Colissimo without signature).
By confirming your order, you also confirm the accuracy of the shipping address provided.
In the case of an address error, your package will be returned to us, and your order will be refunded (please note: original shipping fees will not be refunded).
