In accordance with the provisions of the French Consumer Code, the Buyer has a period of 14 days from the receipt of the order to exercise their right of withdrawal, return any Product that does not meet their expectations or simply change their mind and request a refund, without penalty, for the amount corresponding to the returned Product(s), subject to the conditions outlined below.
The Product(s) must be returned in their original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, tags not removed, etc.), suitable for resale as new, unopened and undamaged. The return must be accompanied by the purchase invoice and delivery slip.
Returns are made under the Buyer’s responsibility. Return shipping costs are to be covered by the Buyer, who may choose the shipping method and, if desired, a tracked delivery service for secure handling.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse any refund if the returned Product does not comply with the above conditions upon receipt.
To access the purchase invoice, the Buyer must log into their customer account (if one was created) and/or consult the order confirmation email. Damaged, soiled or incomplete Products will not be accepted for return or refund.

The Buyer must properly complete the form and clearly express their intent to withdraw. An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent by email once validated.
The refund will be processed within 14 days following the notification of withdrawal and the actual receipt (or proof of shipment) of the returned Products. The Buyer’s bank account will be refunded via the secure payment provider used during the purchase.
– Conditions for the “Satisfied or Refunded” Guarantee
If the Buyer is not satisfied with the Products for any reason, they may activate the “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee within 30 days following the order date (as validated on the website).

The Seller will provide the return and refund instructions.
Conditions:

Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer.

Products must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging, and shipped via a secure method with delivery against signature.

Incomplete, broken, damaged or soiled Products (e.g., fingerprints, scratches, etc.) will not be refunded.

In the case of multiple units of the same Product: if more than one has been opened, the Buyer may only keep one; all others (even opened) must be returned to be eligible for a refund.
Refund:

Issued within 30 days following the receipt of both (i) the refund request and (ii) the relevant Products in perfect condition.

The refund method is at the Seller’s discretion: either a re-credit to the card used for payment, or, if that is not possible, a bank transfer to the Buyer’s name.
