I did not need to communicate with the seller as the product arrived within the indicated timeframe and I had no issues with the configuration.
It works really well.

Package (155 euro) got lost in transit and the sender has to put a complain too dhl from their side so dhl will start an investigation. They refuse to do it and keep saying a need to contact dhl what i already did and got a response that the sender has to take action.

Don't buy here because your money is gone when something goes wrong 😡 😡 😡

It is quiet, automatic and thorough enough.



The app is dreadful, with a range so small that it disconnects when you leave the same room. The function to weigh your pet doesn't work at all - i got weights of 1.5 to 6 kg for a cat that is 4 kg. Most of the time, it says it is 2.6 kg.



There is no way of telling when you need to change the bag other than lumps literally falling back to clean litter or worse yet - out the litter box (which has happened). There is no working indication for how much litter it needs when on rotation.



It does not remove smell. It is extremely annoying that it does not have an option to return to default position without going through a cycle - sometimes it will start moving after cat merely enters and all you can do is wait until it rolls over everything inside.
